GRAMMAR BASICS.

COMMON NOUNS

Common nouns are basically name of a person , place , thing or an animal.

PROPER NOUN
Proper noun is particular name of a person , places , thing  , organization or an animal
Proper nouns starts with a capital letter, Examples are Ratan Tata , Gateway of India ,  TATA.

 VERB                                                                                   

 Verb is a group of words that show action or an occurence or a state of state of something.

examples : walk , run , talk , stand,.

ADVERB

Adverb is a word that describes a verb.

examples: quietly, slowly , last week , here , there , today.

ADJECTIVE

Adjective is a word that describes or defines about a noun or a phrase.

examples : strong , enormous , beautiful.

SIMPLE PAST TENSE 

Simple past tense is used to represent an action or an event  that took place in the past.

examples : Last year i went to Paris

I played football yesterday.

PRESENT TENSE

present tense is when an action is taking place at the moment like right now or the action happens regularly.

Examples : I'm Nineteen years old. 

I work in London.

FUTURE TENSE

Future tense is used to refer action or a state which is going to begin and end in the future.

I'll get married next year.

I'll go Paris next week.

ARTICLES

Articles are used befor nouns or equivalents of noun . the examples of noun are a , an , and .

I have a cat.

Carry an umbrella.

PREPOSITIONS

Preposition is a group of words which links nouns and pronouns, is used to introduce objects show directions , time , place etc . Prepositions are mostly short word like in , at , of , on , to .

The school is across the street from the general store.

The dog is hiding behind the car.

CONJUNCTIONS

Conjunctions are words which link other words , sentences , phrases or clauses together.

Examples : Since , Because , Therefore , In case .
