* What is stevia ? Stevia is a substitute of sugar which is made  from a plant in South America named Steve Rebaudiana, The leaves contain a chemical named steviol glycosides which has highly concentrated sweet flavor. Stevia is a non-nutritive which is 200 to 400 times sweeter than the normal sugar in short it does'nt contain any artificial ingredients, carbohydrates or calories.
